Tyra Banks show sept 29, 2009 Fall fashion?

Does anyone know the name of the accessory that was on Tyra’s show that turn your spring high heel into a boot for the fall? It looked really cute but I can’t seem to find it. I tried googling different key terms but I can’t figure out what it is.
