Michaels sells them, along with various other art stores. If you go there and tell an employee, they will be bale to help you. I think walmart has them too.

Unusual Allergies to Cats?

I recently found out I am allergic to cats, which surprised me because I do not react in the typical fashion. My nose doesn’t run and I don’t itch profusely; however, I do get awful flu symptoms for about five days every month.

You know, you can get skin tests to check for allergies to make sure. You can also put the cat in a kennel for a few days and see if that helps, but you’ll have to do a top-to-bottom cleanup of your house while the cat’s out to really make sure that’s it. You can also go to someone else’s house who has a cat and see if your symptoms pop up.

The allergy tests they can also do by titer, if you ask, to determine at what level exposure you are allergic (i.e., how much cat dander it takes to provoke a response).

Yeah, allergies can cause different problems in different people, even though the usual itchy-sneezies are the most common.
